Gymnastics Portraits

Gymnasts are amazing athletes! it’s a lot of fun to capture their movements, to catch them at the peak of their actions. I like to use edgy lighting whenever I can to create artistic portraits with gymnasts. I do these these shoots in my studio on gym mats, and I also do these shoots on location at the gym.

I also do team portraits at your gym or at my studio.

If we do it at the gym, we don’t even need to shut down the gym to get these edgy shots. The lights can be on like normal, and others can be training in all other areas of the gym. My lighting ensures our gymnast is the only gymnast seen in the shot.

I do both individual shoots and team shoots. Sometimes, a small group of gymnasts also go in together for a shoot with me, whether at their gym or at my studio.
