Figure Skaters at the Ice Rink

Every now and then, I get the opportunity to step onto the ice rink with a figure skater and my lights. It’s a bit more of a challenge to photograph figure skaters as they’re moving on the ice a lot faster than my ballerinas on their stage. But I enjoy the challenge, and working together, we tend to come up with images that show their athleticism as well as their grace and beauty of figure skating.
