Dance and All That Jazz dance comp team fall photo shoot

I photograph a number of dance studio competitive teams both on location in the summer or fall, or in my studio over the winter. Some dance studios have me do both photo shoots, at my studio and on location.

During these shoots, we do full team shoots, plus any smaller groups.

We also do individual and sibling shoots.

When we do an outdoors location like this one, we find a few spots that are idyllic for an outdoor location. Dancers either hit one of their favorite poses, or they can do a leap if it’s safe in that spot.

We do this photo shoot each fall with Dance and All That Jazz, and each year our biggest challenge is finding a new location near the dance studio. This is a forest preserve in Schaumburg with a really cool setting in the woods, and a bridge nearby.
