Jacobs Varsity Dance Team on Location

Each year for a number of years now, I’ve been photographing the Jacobs varsity (and JV) dance team at an outdoor location, then the seniors on their high school football field, and then the entire team back in the RMP studio over the winter.

This fall, we went back to Haeger Pottery in West Dundee. i love this location for an old rundown building that is a perfect backdrop for dancers. We photographed the varsity on one day, and then the JV on the next day.

Whenever the varsity and JV are together, I usually bring along one of my associate photographers to take care of the JV team while I focus on the varsity.
